What is Starcepta?+
Starcepta is a review management platform that automatically routes happy customers to leave Google reviews and captures private feedback from unhappy ones. Our One-Tap Review feature makes it so easy that customers can leave a 5-star review in about 3 seconds.
How does review routing work?+
When a customer interacts with your business, Starcepta sends them a brief SMS asking to rate their experience 1-5. Ratings of 4-5 get routed to leave a Google review with pre-written templates. Ratings of 1-3 get routed to private feedback so you can resolve issues before they become public.
What is One-Tap Review?+
One-Tap Review is our signature feature. Instead of sending customers to a blank Google review form, we show them 3-4 pre-written review templates. They tap one button — the text copies to their clipboard and Google Reviews opens automatically. Paste, submit, done. About 3 seconds.
How do review templates help?+

What platforms does Starcepta work with?+
Starcepta integrates with Square POS for automatic post-transaction review requests. We also support manual triggers via API and SMS-based outreach for any business type.
How does SMS feedback work?+
After a transaction, your customer receives a friendly SMS asking to rate their experience. The entire flow happens via text message — no apps to download, no accounts to create.
What happens with negative feedback?+
Negative ratings (1-3 stars) are routed to a private feedback form instead of a public review site. You get notified immediately so you can reach out and resolve the issue. This protects your online reputation while giving you valuable feedback.
How do I connect Square?+
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Square. You'll be redirected to Square's authorization page. Once approved, Starcepta automatically triggers review requests after transactions.
